DIY: Sequin Skirt Tutorial (with pattern)

A little effortless glam outfit?! What better than sequin right? Here’s a step-by-step easy to follow tutorial on how to make a simple sequin skirt!

MATERIALS

• Sequin fabric
• Lining fabric
• Pattern ruler
• Pattern master
• Elastic band
• Pins
• Scissors
• Pattern paper

NOTES: To work with sequin, there are three things to note:

1. Cut the fabric with right sides facing each other, to prevent the plastic sequins from popping up while you cut.
2. Don't use the same scissors for your fabric and paper. Have separate scissors!
3. Use a larger sewing machine needle when sewing your pieces together.
